Description
Franchot Tone, handsome stage and screen actor, will star. on Cavalcade of America, January 14th, over NBC as one of the first "cloak and dagger boys", in a drama of the Civil War, entitled "Venture in Silk Hat". Tone had a noteworthy career to the Broadway stage, and in the past several years has added to his noting laurels in Hollywood. He eat recently teamed with Deanna Durbin in "His Butler's Sister", and will noon be seen in a new picture with her "Because of Him".
