Locarno Switzerland At conclusion of the security pact conference here Germany, France and Belgium agreed to foresweaar aggression and to submit their national differences to arbitration before making wrr. Great Britain and Italy guarantee the terms of the pact will be kept, The compact therefore insures the peace of Europe, Here re 4 men mainly responsible for the pact being made.
