Tucker Receives Sullivan Trophy--Arnold Tucker, quarterback of the 1946 Army football team, holds the James S. Sullivan Memorial Trophy, after presentation ceremonies today at special luncheon at the New York Athletic Club. Beside him is his fiancee, Patricia Small, of Miami, Fla. Tucker won award as the outstanding amatuer athlete of 1946.
