Charles Ketterman, 48, of San Francisco, unemployed painter, who has offered to sell his right eye -- his remaining good eye - for $1500 to assure a year's schooling for his 3 children. Ketterman lost his (L) eye in an accident. He has 2 sons, 16 and 11, and a daughter, aged 14. Ketterman is shown holding a photograph of his children.
