Judge Green conversing with Jane Emery Newton faces a mentality test by the court once brilliant Michigan Co-Ed her three marriages and communist activities have aroused the indignation of the Judge. She was evicted from her home with her infant after being on relied. Twenty Six years old already graying the daughter of John G.Emery National Commander of the American Legion in 1921 married to Herbert Newton a negro father of her year old child they are marchers in the cause of this Freedom evicted from there flat, they were moved back by sympathizers in return Mrs.Newton violated parole and was arrested.
