Description
Pres Getulio Vargas of Brazil, who has prepared to decree martial law in the northeast cities of Pernambuco and Natal, following seizure of power in those cities by rebels. The Brazilian Govt also radioed the German Graf Zeppelin, enroute to Pernambuco, advising the ship's officers to land elsewhere, lest the airship be captured by the Rebels.
