A recent photo of Joseph S Keenan Assistant United States Attorney General who it was revealed today will succeed James Roosevelt son of the President as a member of the White House Secretariat after the First of January. Keenan a native of Rhode Island practiced law in Cleveland Ohio before and after the World War in which he served overseas. During his martial career Keenan was promoted to the rank of First Lieutenant commended by General John J Pershing and decorated by the French Government.
