William Remington, commerce department official is shown on the witness stand of the Senate Investigating Committee. He waived legal counsel because he said he and the facts in the charges against him made by Elizabeth Bentley, ex spy, who accused him of supplying her with war secret information, at a conference last night, he flatly denied the charges of the one time communist agent. Remington has been suspended from his position at the Commerce Department.
