Albert Fangmeyer, suspended assistant cashier in the House Sergeant at Arms' office, leaves District Court today after testifying at the trial of Kenneth Romney, former Sergeant at Arms, had set up a salary "kickback" system under which he obtained rebates on the salaries of various bookkeepers.
