Description
On route to Washington to succeed Hirosi Saito, Japanese Ambassador to the United States, Kensuke Horinouch and his wife today arrived in Seattle. Mr. Horinouch told interviewers his principal duty will be "to do all my power to establish a basis of permanent understanding between America and Japan."
