Description
Sir Charles Cecil Farquharson Dundas K.C.M.G., O.B.E. and Lady Dundas, photographed on the S.S. Acadia on their arrival in New York today August 9th. They are en route to his new post as governor of the Uganda Province in East Africa. Sir Charles left Nassau before the arrival of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. It being an old custom that the incoming governor shall not see the outgoing executive.
