This is Earl Hart of Cleveland, former campaign manager for Associate Justice Harold H. Burton, who is to be in charge of Harold E. Stassen's Washington Office as campaign manager for Stassen, former Minnesota governor who announced he is a candidate for the Republican Presidential nomination in 1948 on a platform of "True Liberalism."
