Major Elbert Lyman, Executive Officer, 3d Brigade, Fort Sam Houston, Texas has been ordered to Fort Benning, Georgia as an instructor in the Infantry School. He will leave about September 1st. Major Lyman has been stationed at Fort Sam Houston since February, 1`929, this former station being Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
