Sixteen-year-old Tommy Jacobs, Montebello, Calif., high school junior, has his hair mussed by his caddy, Eddie Reybitz, after Jacobs went into the semi-finals of the 1931 National Amateur Golf Tournament here today, He was the youngest ever to advance this far since 1904. Bobby Jones entered the tourney in 1916 at 14.
