Philip Williams, Attache in the United States Embassy at Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, pictured with his brief case, containing depositions and photographs of the sinking of the American Vessel Robin Moor, when he arrived in Miami last night, June 16th, via clipper plane from Recife. Williams flew to Washington where the evidence in the sinking by submarine will be laid before the State Department yesterday it was revealed that all crew members and passengers of the Moor had been rescued.

Photo is dated 1941.
