Following the announcement by Pres. Roosevelt of the selection of Admiral William Standley Chief of Naval Operations as one of the Three delegates who will represent the United States at coming London Naval Conference Secretary of Navy Swanson announced these selection of three officers of the Navy who will accompany the delegation as technical advisers. Admiral Standley is pictured "the three officers" left to right; Adm. William H. Standley and Capt. Royal E. Ingersull. Commander Roscue E. Schuirmann and Lt. Arthur De Lancey Ayrault Jr.
