Chairman William Langer presides at a session of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee making public a staff summary of charges it has received against Earl Warren's nomination as Chief Justice. Sen. Arthur Watkins shouted that the charges were Tommyrot and objected to public session for the disclosure. Langer insisted it was the Public Business.
