Description
Cupid not only spanned a 26 year difference in ages but also a difference in nationality in the case of this wealthy American widow, Mrs. Walter Lester, aged 60 and her fiance, Mrs. Robertson Braine, 34 year old British architect. The couple is shown upon their arrial here on S.S. Georgia following the announcement of their engagement abroad. Mrs Lester, who is said to have inherited about $1,700,000 from the estate of her first husband, a member of the metal firm of IB.
