Labor Secretary Maurice Tobin pounds out emphasis to his points as he testifies during the meeting of the Senate Labor Committee. Opening the Democratic fight to push through the 81st Congress and Administration a substitute for the Taft-Harley Law, Tobin urged Congress to enact the establishment of a "Sound National Labor Policy" and remove the threat of destruction by "unscrupulous employers."
