Arrested Carlos Coimbra De Luz, temporary president of Brazil was ousted today in a bloodless coup by the Brazilian Army ib Rio de Janeiro. Luz, former president of the House of Deputies, took over as temporary president only last Tuesday. Right photo: Nereu Ramos, vice president of that country following arrest today of temporary president Carlos Coimbra De Luz. Latter was ousted in a bloodless coup by the Brazilian Army. Constitutionally the post would go to Ramos.
