Boulder, Colo., Nov. 24--Quizzed In Slaying--Joseph Walker (above), 31, a sheet metal worker, will be charged with murder in the killing of Theresa Foster, 18, Colorado University student Nov. 9, District Attorney Hatfield Chilson said last night. Chilson said Walker told officers an unidentified man killed the girl after knocking him unconscious in a fight. When he revived, Walker said, he found the girl dead in his car and the tossed her body under a highway bridge.
