Stacy worked for Wayne during the last seven years of his life, from 1972 to the end, 6/11/79. For the last five years of that relationship, Stacy says, she and Duke were in love. She says his last words to her were "I love you." The book is scheduled for release in June by Atheneum Publishers (New York)
