Description

This photo captures East Germany's Kornelis winning the gold medel in the women's 200-meter freestyle finals of the Montreal Olympics. The other swimmers pictured are: East Germany's Claudia Hempel and Holland's Enith Brigiths. Ender achieved a world record with a time of 1:59:26 and also won the gold medal in the 100-meter butterfly event.
