House Speaker Sam Rayburn is presented today with a prize-Winning raisin Pie to call Attention to National Raisin week. Presenting the Pie, the finest produced in a California-Wide contest sponsored by the central Valley Empire Association, is a Fellow Democrat and member of the congress, Rep. B.F.Sisk.
