Description

Collin County Texas Sheriff Tom Montgomery noticed that after jailing Frank P. Resse (above) he had to but more light bulbs. After a short investigation a little light was shed on the subject, Reese was eating them. Resse, who was arrested for jumping bond, says he started eating them when he was a kid and there was nothing else to eat.
