The Illinois State Conference on Aging opened its convention in Springfield, Illinois in preparation for the Illinois report to the White House Conference on Aging. Wm. L. Rutherford (L), Chairman, of the organization from Peoria, Illinois, points out basic ideas to Mrs. Florence Baltz, Nursing Home Administrator from Washington, Illinois, and Edward Cannady, Md., State Chairman of the Medical Society from East St. Louis, Illinois.
