Refugee Soviet Airman Peter Piragov, who fled his home in 1949m challenged Russian propagandists to prove they did not kill his pilot, Anatoly Borzov, after Borzov returned to Russia. Piragov issued the challenge as he testified before the Senate Internal Security subcommittee.
