Topeka, Kansas - New York Gov. Nelson Rockefeller waved happily from the speaker's table to a record crowd of more than 2,000 Kansas Republicans who paid $25 apiece for a box lunch in the basement hall of the Topeka Municipal Auditorium. Rockefeller sat next to Kansas Gov. John Anderson who is already working on his behalf for the 1964 Republican nomination.
