Captain Ivan I. Poderjay, who recently completed a five-year bigamy term in Auburn prison and who will be deported to Yugoslavia from which he was extradited on the bigamy charge, as he appeared at Ellis Island. He told reporters who interviewed him that Agnes Tufverson, the woman lawyer who disappeared so mysteriously in 1933, just after her marriage to him is still alive, and, if the Government makes it worth his while, he will produce her within sixty days.
