Houston, Texas - Skylab backup commander Rusty Schweickart today as he briefed newsmen on just how the solar wing EVA would work and what tools would be used to carry out the task. The bolt cutter being held by Schweickart is like a pair on the orbiting workshop and are the first choice for cutting the strap that is holding the solar wing panel down.
