Description
Millsissippi, the story of Chicago's Millgate community, called by some the most neglected neighborhood in the city will be told in a Channel 5 special colorcast. The program tells the story of dilapidated housing, garbage-strewn alleys, potholed sidewalks, unemployment, welfare and narcotics. A local newspaper last year termed the area as one "in its sixth year of a boycott by the city administration." Former seventh ward alderman Nicholas Bohling appears on the special and denies the charge.

Photo measures 8 x 10 inches. Photo is dated 02-02-1972.
