Description

Photo measures 8 x 10 in. David A. Smith, 44, of Kirkland in De Kalb County with pitchfork in hand spread horse manure from his pickup truck onto busy La Salle Street in the Loop yesterday as a protest against Attorney General Neil F. Hartigan. After a coridal conversation with a police officer Smith was ordered to clean up the mess and he shoveled it all back into his pickup truck.
