Description

Photo measures 8 x 8 in. Mrs. Bernard Gadacz of South Bend, holds her triplet daughters, Carmen, Barbara, and Agnes, at St. Joseph hospital. Mrs. Gadacz, a former nurse at the hospital, is assisted by Miss Ariel Duker of the Holy Cross School of Nursing. The triplets were delivered by Dr. Bernard J. Dolezal, a general practitioner who had previous delivered another set of triplets in 1956.
