Listen, she is probably the best professional residential property manager in the city. The Randell Construction Co., which owns the 801 units she mothers a orig at 1 percent vacancy in Portland (area average several percentage points higher) says flatly that she is the best.
In a age when competition is offering tenants a $50 Christmas bonus, a month's free rent, $75 toward your moving cost, green stamps and whatever else comes to mind to lure tenants. Mrs. Tindall has good track recordd.
But $400 a month? I am the lowest paid person in the office, she says and grins. There is a bronze two door Cadillac, outside that's hers and somehow the $400 doesn't add up.
