Now midway through his third term in Congress, Dellenback continues an aggressive around-the-clock practice of availability to consituents. "He remembers us in between elections," one south coast editor, a Democrat, commented recently. "We have endorsed him before and we probably will again." The Fourth District stretches north from the Rogue Valley almost to the Albany city limits following 1971.
