Willis of G.A.C. who will resign when this same goes. The president is William E. Love who has been a director of Equitable since 1962. Until 1969, according to the information in the prospectus, Love was in the practice of law with the firm of Cake, Jaureguv, Hardy, Buttler & McEwen. Ralph Cake was chairman of Equitable at the time it was sold to GAC. The prospectus says he will now resign as a member of the board GAC. He too is a director of Equitable.
