Dr. Vincent Montemarano, right, lifts his glass in a toast after he was acquitted of murder, Tuesday. With Montemarano are one of his attorneys, James M. O'Brien, left, and his wife Jeanne Montemarano. The doctor was tried for injecting a dying cancer patient with a lethal dose of potassium chloride. The party was held in a restaurant in nearby Williston Park on New York's Long Island.
