Description
A total of 142 human and animal figures were produced by the sculptors for "The Ford Cycle of Production" in the Ford Expo at the NY World's Fair. This photo shows a workman cutting out with a band saw the rough blank of a donkey which appears in the sequence depicting how silimanite is in minded in the High Sierras and processed into the porcelain of spark plug coils.
