New York, N.Y.-- James Harvey Hebb, of Philadelphia, receiving the keys to the new car, awarded as first prize in the May Period of the Ford Exposition Photographic contest at the New York World's Fair, from W.K. Edmunds, manager of the Edgewater Branch, Mr. Hebb is a radio script writer at Station KYW, Philadelphia, and conducts a weekly program "The Camera Club" over that station under the name of "James Harvey".
