An injured Wisconsin national guardsman puffed on a cigaret Saturday while waiting for an ambulance ride to a hospital at Mauston. Twelve men were injured when a guard truck blew a tire hit a guardrail, overturned and burned on an interstate 90-94 overpass over highway 82.
