Description
Circus has always been a magic world for Dave SaLoutas. This was being named parade director of the Great Circus Parade in downtown Milwaukee July 16, following in the footsteps of the legendary parade founder, C.P. (Chappie) Fox. and his successor in the 1980s, Robert L. Parkinson. It's a job of tracting for the 134 units to be included in the parade, transporting the antique circus wagons by special train from the museum grounds to Milwaukee, attending to the thousand and one details of the parade proper.

Photo measures 10 x 8 inches. Photo is dated 06-28-1989.
