St. Emeric Church, 1017 N. 17th St., which has served the Hungarian community in the Milwaukee Roman Catholic Archdiocese for 72 years, will be sold for about $70,000 and eventually will be torn down. The congregation cannot afford repairs and will move in with a West Allis parish.
