Description
A Football Referee was set knock out: The first referee who was shot k.o. in the West German football Bundesliga is to see here: Max Klauser. It happened in the 70th minute of the meeting Karlsruher SC against Arminia Bielefield. To be caught at the temple by a ball of a defensive player from the distance of only three meter, the umpired one subsided to the ground like a cut down three (and in an amusing way he laid down in front of the advertising board life assurance). Max Klauser had to go into a hospital on the suspicious of a concussion of the brain. The play was interrupted for twelve minutes, till a substitute referee was found. Meanwhile Max Klauser feels again well and this k.o. shot couldn't terrify him in that way that he wouldn't come back again to the football field. On the contrary, he wants to stand his ground there again as fast as possible.

Photo measures 8 x 5.75 inches.

Photo is dated --0000.
