Description
The blind shots "(Illegible)" on competition: There has been "(Illegible)" a competition in Sweden between seeing and blind sh"(Illegible)"s. The blind "(Illegible)" won. They did it through using a new type of sight which can be applicated on rifles as well as on bows.Instead of the sight there is a small box on the rifle. The box is transmitting a tone. The bead is replaced by a photo electric cell. The target marksman is taking aim the box is very noisy when he is pointing at the outer parts of the target. The more into the centre he is pointing the lower the sound is when pointing exactly at the centre the box sound is when pointing exactly at the centre the box is silent. Then he has to pull the trigger. The invention has been done by a Swedish engineer by name Knut Sandberg. This new sight is very efficacious. In fact the blind shots had much better results then their seeing colleagues in the competition. It is supposed that the invention will be very appreciated by people who is trying to stimulate the blind to take part in sport events.
