Pregnant Beauties Compete For The Title Of "Mother-To-Be of the Year": "Mother-To-Be of the Year" is the unique title for which eleven finalists competed at the Imperial Hotel, London, today. Sponsored by Young Motherhood, the maternity fashion group, the competiton was won by the finalist who was judged by a panel of fashion and beauty experts to best illustrate the theme of the competition that 'Pregnant is Beautiful'. The judges were looking not only for a pretty face, but for the mental and physical approach to pregnancy which allows the whole period to be enjoyed as one of the most rewarding and beautiful experiences of a woman's life. Finalists were selected from entrants throughout the country. Photo shows Proudly wearing her crown is Mrs. Lynne Warnett, 21, of Camden Cresent, Bath, who was judged the winner, "Mother-To-Be of the Year" at today's contest. Mrs. Warnett is expecting her first baby on Sept. 24th.
