Their door to happiness: Twenty-four children from the bleak and their life of German refugees camps cometo English homes for a 10-week goliday in Lew~~ham, Sevencake and Luton. The visit is organized by International Help for Children - which since 1947, has given holidays to more than 12,000 children.Photo shows Rosemarie Senf - one of the lucky ones chosen for a holiday. She spreads the good news in the obly playground she knows - a stairway to Spandau Camp, Berlin. The camp has always been her home.
