Signing Of Anglo-Soviet Navigation Treaty: The Anglo-Soviet Navigation Treaty was signed at the Foreign Office in London today, by Mr. V.G. Bakaev, Minister of Merchant Marine of the Soviet Union, and Mr. G.O. Roberts, M.P., Minister of State, Foreign Office, and Mr. J.P.W. Mallalieu, M.P., Minister of State, Board of Trade.
