70 Birthday of Rolf Liebermann.: Rolf Liebermann was born in Zurich/Switzerland in September 14th, 1910. After his studies in Bernard Zurich (Switzerland) Liebermann was leader of Swiss Broadcasting Station Beromunster. 1957 he removed to Hamburg/West Germany and took over the guidance of the musicdepartment of Norddeutscher Rundfunk, 1958 he was chosen as director of the Hamburg State opera. In 1973 he removed to Paris and became "Administrator General". 1980 he handed over the direction of Paris opera to Bernard Lefort. Liebermann made a name to himself also as a composer.
