Ronald Milhench Is Expected To Face A Charge: Mr. Ronald Milhench, the 36-year old insurance broker, a central figure in police inquiries into the forgery of the Prime Minister's signature in a land deal affair, will "quite certainly" he charged, his solicitor, Mr. John Lishman, said last night Milhench is detained at Wolverhampton police headquarters, Chief Supt Jones said their inquiries had been widened to take in "a number of alleged forgeries and other offenses" and the circumstances in which Mr. Milhench's 27-year-old wife Kathleen was drowned at Chasewater Lake, Staffordshire on February 27th when a car in which Milhench was driving plunged into the lake while making a U turn. Milhench escaped and at the inquest the jury returned a 7-2 verdict that Mrs Milhench had died accidently. Photo shows Mr. Ronald Milhench who is expected to face a charge.
