Bankrobbery trial in Munich: The trial against Dimitri Todorov will be opened on September 25h, 1972 about 13 months after the brutal bankrobbery of the ''Deutsche Bank'' in the East of Munich, August 4th, 1971.The first trial-date, April 10th 1972 has been delayed for reason of a simulated appendix infection of the defendant Dimitri Todorov. The 25 year old Todorov and his accomplice Hans Georg Rammelmayr held with two revolvers 18 hostages but kept after a while only 5 of them. To let the hostages free they asked for 2 million Marks. They got the money. Georg Rammelmayr left the bank with one hostage, the 21 year old Ingrid Reppel, to get to the car. He was shot by the sharp-shooters of the police. Before he died he could fire three times to kill Ingrid Reppel. The police caught Dimitri Todorov who has to justify himself now before the jury court. He is accused of murder, three times of tried murder, grave black mailing and 18 times of deprivation of liberty.
